10:00am-11:00am ET: Christopher Padilla, Senior Advisor, Brunswick Group
Prior to joining the Brunswick Group as Senior Advisor, the Honorable Christopher Padilla led global government and regulatory affairs at IBM for 15 years. He previously served as Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade, Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Export Administration and Assistant U.S. Trade Representative amongst other high-level policy roles in government.
11:00am-12:00pm ET: John Pickel, Vice President for Supply Chain Policy, National Foreign Trade Council
Before leading supply chain policy at the National Foreign Trade Council (NFTC) John Pickel served as the Principal Director of Trade and Economic Competitiveness in the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office of Strategy, Policy, and Plans (Policy). John also held roles at Customs and Border Protection including serving as Counsellor to the Commissioner for trade facilitation and enforcement; he also worked in CBP's Congressional Affairs office.

12:15pm-1:15pm ET: Pratik A. Shah, Partner, Akin
Pratik Shah currently leads the Supreme Court and Appellate Practice at Akin. Pratik has argued 18 cases at the Supreme Court, and, most recently, served as lead counsel for Learning Resources in the successful challenge to the use of the International Economic Emergency Powers Act (IEEPA) to authorize tariffs. Prior to joining Akin, Pratik served as Assistant to Solicitor General at the Department of Justice and received the Attorney General's Distinguished Service Award for successfully challenging the Defense of Marriage Act case in the Supreme Court. He clerked for Supreme Court Justice Stephen G. Breyer and Judge William A. Fletcher in the 9th Circuit. He received his JD from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and graduate summa cum laude from Princeton University.

**Non-member registration is subject to Board approval and room capacity limits. Non-members may attend up to three meetings (in person or virtual). After the third attendance, the organization must join NCITD as members to attend and participate in future meetings.
