its committee structure, NCITD targets and addresses international

NCITD committees meet in Washington, DC on the second Thursday of
each month, except for July and August.
We welcome non members at our monthly meetings. The fee to attend
is $45 for the meeting. After attending three meetings, however,
you may only attend our meetings if you agree to join the organization.
We also offer a three-month trial membership where you can attend
the meetings at the non-member rate. After the trial is up, however,
you must join NCITD to attend future meetings.
